{white pizza is my favorite. its basically ricotta cheese, mozarella cheese, olive oil,
 on pizza crust. i.e. pizza without the sauce plus ricotta. i love to sprinkle
 chile pepper on it and eat it at room temperature. mediun/thin crust,
 new york style is cool.}ero
